Please got to your eBay or Amazon account and initiate the return from your account

Website Returns
If you sign-up for an account on our website, returns can be initiated through there easily. For eBay & Amazon returns, please initiate the return in your account. 

We want our customers to be satisfied. All products can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping on products that are not defective and are being returned for personal reasons. All products must be returned in the original packaging with all original parts and accessories. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any item returned with missing parts or damaged packaging.
If there is a defect with an item and the 30 days have passed please contact the manufacturer of the item for warranty.

All items need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To request a Return or Exchange please contact us by email at sales@premiumselectsupplies.com. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Please ship all items back in a sturdy box. Please make sure the RGA Number is written on the outside of the box. And include your name, address and the RGA Number on a piece of paper inside the box.
