We only ship to addresses within the United States. Please be sure you have a safe and secure location for delivery as we are not responsible for stolen packages.
You have the option to choose Free Shipping on all orders over $75 that are shipped to the continental US states. When you choose Free Shipping your order will be shipped via the most cost-effective method. All orders with a lithium battery will be shipped UPS Ground. We are not able to ship anything with a lithium battery using USPS Priority or Priority Express. If you would like your package shipped another way we will do that, but you will be responsible for the shipping charges. We offer shipping via USPS, or UPS.
Any order over $300 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
In-stock items will usually ship within one business day.
To order a knife from our store you must be 18 years of age or older. Some items may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use, and possession of any item on this website. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state, and local laws, restrictions, and regulations.
We reserve the right to correct any errors that may occur on the site. If we find an error on an item that you have ordered we will contact you to resolve the issue. Prices are subject to change at any time.
We want our customers to be satisfied. All products can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping on products that are not defective and are being returned for personal reasons. All products must be returned in the original packaging with all original parts and accessories. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any item returned with missing parts or damaged packaging.
If there is a defect with an item and the 30 days have passed please contact the manufacturer of the item for warranty.
All items need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To request a Return or Exchange please contact us by email at email@example.com. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Please ship all items back in a sturdy box. Please make sure the RGA Number is written on the outside of the box. And include your name, address and the RGA Number on a piece of paper inside the box.
