Benchmade has upgrade the steel on all the Griptilian knives! The 550 Griptilian now features a blade made from S30V steel. All the other great features of the Griptilian knives are the same: AXIS locking system, modifited sheepsfoot blade measuring 3.45" long and a handle made from glass filled nylon with stainless steel liners. This is a great everyday carry knife that is made in the USA.
